I loved this movie when I was younger!! I wanted to Daryl Hannah AND a mermaid!! And, now the iconic 80s movie is being re-made, with a gender swap! Instead of a mermaid, it will star Channing Tatum as a Merman! His female counterpart will be played by Jillian Bell from ‘Workaholics.”
